The process starts with submitting a new client inquiry form, followed by creating an account, and concludes with a compatibility evaluation. This evaluation helps us determine if our services are the right fit and which of our three tracks will best meet your dog’s needs. Dogs aren’t one-size-fits-all, and our tracks were designed to provide the right level of care and engagement for dogs at different stages of their lives.
Getting Started
Submit New Client Inquiry Form
Start by submitting our new client inquiry form so we can learn about your dog and your goals. This helps us determine if our programs are the right fit for your dog and allows us to tailor our approach to best meet their needs.
Create an Account
You will need to fill out the registration form and sign the required waivers. Vaccines and waivers can be uploaded through the member portal. Should you have any questions during the process please email us at info@gooddoglombard.com
Set Up a Compatibility Evaluation
After you’ve completed the previous steps, you are ready to schedule a compatibility evaluation. This visit gives us the chance to better understand your dog’s personality and preferences so we can place them in the track that will provide the most rewarding experience. Our goal is to make sure every dog is set up for success with the right balance of care, engagement, and enrichment.
