Introducing Our New Tracks Program
Why Tracks?
At Good Dog Co, our goal has always been to provide dogs with more than just a place to play—we want every dog to have a day that is safe, balanced, and enriching. After offering daycare and Montessori for many years, and adding Solo Care Montessori last year, we realized there was a need for a middle option: a program designed for dogs who fall somewhere in between. That’s why we created our new Tracks structure. Each Track offers smaller group sizes, added enrichment, and a schedule designed to meet dogs where they are. By breaking away from the traditional “all-day play” model, we’re able to create a dog-centered experience that respects each pup’s individual needs and limitations, while giving them the chance to learn, play, and thrive in their own way.
Track 1
Explorer dogs are the seasoned pros of group play—social, confident, and wise enough to know when it’s time to play and when it’s time to recharge.
Explorer is designed for confident, social dogs who enjoy the energy of a larger group. These dogs navigate group play with ease, adjust their behavior based on social cues, and play well with a variety of canine friends. They are able to self-regulate, taking breaks when needed and maintaining appropriate play without heavy management. Their day includes active play, structured rest breaks, and a midday Montessori activity—a calm, one-on-one activity that offers a mental reset. Explorer dogs are typically over 7 months old and thrive in a well-balanced and interactive environment.

The Balanced Track is designed for dogs who benefit from smaller groups, extra guidance, and a more structured day.
Track 2
Balanced is designed for dogs who enjoy social time but benefit from smaller groups and a little more structure. These dogs may be high-energy, sensitive, or still developing social skills. With closer staff guidance, they learn how to engage in appropriate play, build confidence, and navigate interactions at their own pace. Their day includes curated playgroups, multiple rest breaks, a midday Kong, and access to our scent space for calming enrichment. Balanced dogs thrive with routine, support, and a more personalized social setting.

Track 3
The Focused Track is designed for dogs who thrive with individualized attention and customized activities that fit their needs.
The Focused Track is designed for dogs with specific social preferences or those who thrive with individualized attention. These dogs may enjoy one-on-one engagement with staff or do best in small, intentional playgroups of one or two well-matched companions. Their day includes 6–7 outdoor potty breaks with dedicated staff attention, tailored enrichment activities, and—when weather allows—a nature walk for variety and mental stimulation. Play sessions are customized to each dog and may include toy play, treadmill time, puzzle toys, or basic obedience, all chosen to match their personality and energy level. Focused dogs benefit most from a personalized approach that builds their confidence, supports their motivation, and ensures they truly enjoy their day.
